To compliment our advanced press-blanking equipment, we also have 2 pack turning lines, which offer our customers huge savings on tooling costs for mirrored parts (i.e. lefthand righthand vehicle panels)

Our processing services include:

• Press blanking, 4 lines, from 150 tonne upto 600 tonne capacity: up to 2.02m wide and 8m long
• Slitting: up to 2m wide
• Decoiling: up to 2m wide and 9m long
• Multi-strand blanking: 140mm - 2m wide, 200mm - 5.8m long
• Trapezoidal blanking: 300mm - 2m wide, 200mm - 10m long
• Laser cutting: up to 2.5m wide and 8m long 
• Radial Blanking - various radius 
• Pack turning - 2 lines 5 tonne max
• Tailor welded blanks
