Texsteel is an exiting new pre-finished metal sheet, covered with fabric
The innovative bonding solution, enables Texsteel to ourtperform other adhesive solutions.
Material structure

Freedom to Innovate
Pre-finished and formable, it offers the chance to create truly unique shapes and products.
A huge choice of metals and fabric, with virtually any combination possible, Texsteel can be tailored to suit your individual project.
Flexibility in production, order sizes possible from 1m2 to 160,000m2. The Initial production route is sheet based, with a Coil to Coil route in development.
The Strength of Steel - the Softness of Fabric
Using Steel (or others metals*) as a carrying substrate for textiles (or other flexible coatings), gives multiple benefits over plastic or mdf based carriers:
- Steel provides structural support, with unrivalled shaping and forming options
- Steel provides shielding and added fire resistance
- Steel provides insulation and barrier properties
- Steel's magnetic properties allow magnetic fixtures easily added on soft Texteel surface
* Both aluminium and stainless are possible when providing added value.
The Formability of Texsteel
Texsteel’s strong, but formable interlayer adhesion allows Texsteels sheets to be
- Folded
- Roll Formed
- Deep Drawn
- Punched/Embossed
All using standard metal processing equipment.
