Opened in December 2008 the Derry steel service centre employs six people and is based n the Skeoge Industrial Estate.  It can supply a wide range of steel to suit large or small customers across Derry, Tyrone, Donegal and Fermanagh.

And with 500 tonnes of the most common sizes held in stock on site, and a further 15,000 tonnes available from the nearby Lisburn hub, purchases can normally be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.

The range and type of product held on site is continually evolving to reflect the local demand, with some non-standard product held for specific customers to help reduce lead-time and increase flexibility.  And the location and its closeness to the local markets allow Corus to offer a flexible, reliable service to local businesses.
