Corus Service Centres' success in meeting the unprecedented challenges being set in today's competitive and demanding market crucially depends upon maximising the contribution of its people.

Fundamental to attaining this goal are the ways in which we can ensure that people at all levels within the company have the training and development necessary to undertake their jobs safely and effectively, both now and in the future.

We have an excellent track record for training provision, with an average of 10.8 days of training for every employee in Corus Service Centres. We also invest over £1 million each year in this critical area, to ensure that our people have all the skills required to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
